financial wellbeing at work

Improve the financial wellbeing of your staff

We’ve all heard the news of the living wage crisis but did you know that one in eight employees are considered to live in-work poverty?

That means that % of your staff could be worried about finances whilst they are working for you.

At Wave Community Bank we would like to help you improve the financial wellbeing of your staff and reduce financial stress at work and one way you can do that is to start a Workplace Savings Scheme.

Lower interest rates on loans for members in the Workplace Savings Scheme

The Workplace Savings Scheme means that your staff can take the stress out of managing their loan repayments and savings each month by managing it through their payroll.

It also means that they can benefit from lower interest rates.

Just sign up as an employer and we’ll help you through the rest.

workplace savings

It’s easy for your staff to join, here’s what they need to do:

They first need to become a member of Wave Community Bank which they can do here.

Once they have a membership number then they need to complete the Payroll Mandate Form and decide how much they would like to save.

Then sit back and relax whilst your money is being looked after.

If they sign up before the end of June and save £10 a month for at least 3 months they will also be given £25 back. Read more about the savings bonus here.

Affordable loan rates with Chorus

We offer great loan rates for employees repaying loans through Chorus.

Also our loans all have a savings element to the repayments so anyone repaying a loan is also creating a savings pot that they can access when the loan has been repaid. We foster a responsible attitude to credit and only lend to loan applicants that can afford to meet the repayments..

Regular Savings

You can set up regular savings into your account straight from your wages by completing a payroll deduction mandate
