Step 2
You can start saving through Chorus today by:
1. Joining Wave Community Bank.
2. Completing a Payroll Deduction Mandate here.
BSUH staff – Your employer requires a wet signature on a Payroll Deduction Mandate so you will need to download and complete this form, then hand it to your payroll department.
