Cllr Zoe Nicholson, Deputy Leader of Lewes District Council and Leader of the Green Group, is showing her support for Wave Community Bank, by joining and saving through the Chorus Workplace Savings Scheme, which helps council staff save and repay loans straight from their wages.
Wave Community Bank is the credit union for East Sussex and supports residents with savings accounts and affordable loans. WCB are part of LDC’s Cost of Living Crisis Action Group working with the council and agencies across the district to support residents through this difficult time.
