About Hastings United Football Club

Hastings United Football Club is a well-established semi-professional club based in Hastings, East Sussex, formerly known as Hastings Town. Competing in the Isthmian League South East Division, the Club has played its home matches at the historic The Pilot Field since 1985.

Alongside league football, Hastings United regularly competes in national competitions including the FA Cup and the FA Trophy, as well as a range of county and regional cups.

The Club places strong emphasis on player development, operating Under-18 and Under-23 Development Squads that provide a clear pathway for aspiring young footballers. In addition, Hastings United has expanded its inclusive and community-focused programmes, supporting a Women’s First Team, an Inclusive & Disability Team, and a Walking Football Team.

In January 2024, this commitment to excellence was recognised when the Club achieved the prestigious 3 Star FA Accreditation from The Football Association – an award held by only around 8% of football clubs in England at the time.
