Wave Community Bank is pleased to announce a new employer partnership with Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust, welcoming the Trust to its Workplace Savings Scheme, Chorus.

The partnership will support NHS staff to build stronger financial resilience through simple, ethical saving and borrowing options accessed directly through payroll.

This collaboration reflects Wave Community Bank’s ongoing commitment to improving financial wellbeing across Kent, Medway, East Sussex, Brighton & Hove, and the London Borough of Bexley, particularly for key workers and frontline staff.

Supporting NHS Staff Financial Wellbeing
The Chorus Workplace Savings Scheme is designed to make saving easy and accessible. Through small, regular payroll deductions, staff can build savings over time without the pressure of lump-sum contributions. The scheme also helps reduce financial stress, improve resilience, and support long-term financial security.

Emma Norledge, Deputy CEO of Wave Community Bank, said:
“We are delighted to welcome Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust to our growing network of employer partners. They join over 40 organisations in our area who are committed to improving financial wellbeing in the workplace and supporting their staff in a meaningful, practical way. Through Chorus, we are able to offer an ethical alternative that helps employees manage their savings and access affordable loans with confidence, giving them greater financial stability and peace of mind.”

Michele Clark, Head of Staff Engagement at Dartford & Gravesham NHS Trust said
“Partnering with Wave Community Bank allows Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust to offer our staff simple, practical ways to save and access affordable loans through the Chorus Workplace Savings Scheme.  This partnership aligns closely with our NHS values and our ongoing commitment to supporting staff wellbeing and helping strengthen their financial resilience.”

Wave Community Bank recognises the vital role NHS staff play in the community and is proud to support Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust by providing practical tools that help staff manage their finances both inside and outside of work.

£25 Savings Bonus for New Kent & Medway Members
To celebrate this partnership, Wave Community Bank is offering a £25 savings bonus to the first 50 new members working for the Trust who set up regular savings.

The £25 savings bonus is funded by the England Illegal Money Lending Team (IMLT) and uses money recovered from criminals, including loan sharks, to support new savers. The offer is available to new members joining by 31 March 2026, subject to availability.
